1. Is Paramount Equity Partners LLC a brokerage firm or investment advisor?
No. Paramount Equity Partners LLC is a private equity trading firm that recruits professional traders and grants them trading authority to Paramount's own brokerage accounts.

2. After completing Paramount EQ's day trading for a living program, will you provide me with capital to trade?
YES. We have invested an enormous amount of time and effort into properly designing an effective training program for our traders. Once completed, our traders are an asset far greater than anything else to us. That's the reason our training program significantly less expensive than most training programs available. We offer an unprecedented 14 day long, highly interactive training program that is taught in real time.

3. If I am an experienced trader with a proven track record, do I need to go through Paramount's EQ program in order to trade Paramount's Capital?
NO. Paramount's EQ program was designed specifically with the new trader in mind. Paramount actively seeks out individuals and groups of traders with proven track records to fund. Be it, Equities, Options, ETF's, Futures or Commodities, we are always interested in funding talented traders.

4. Does Paramount's EQ program teach me specific "trading secrets" that will consistently make me money?
Believe it or not there are no "Holy Grails"... at least not when it comes to trading the markets. Anyone who tells you different is sadly misinforming you. Paramount has designed its training program with education in mind. Our program will give new traders the insight on how to become a successful trader by; arming themselves with the essential tools, service providers and methodology to navigate the markets, teaching them how to think like a professional by interpreting events as they unfold and execute trades in real time based on knowledge, discipline and money management principles. Upon the completion our training program, we firmly believe that you will possess the all of the talents required to successfully day trade for a living.

5. What is a 1st loss capital contribution?
Members are required to deposit a 1st loss capital contribution in order to trade a Paramount's Capital Account. This contribution ranges in size depending upon the amount of capital you will be trading. We generally begin traders out on as little as a $3000 1st loss capital contribution and scale up as the traders buying power increases. This 1st loss capital contribution securitizes Paramount's capital account against any trading losses that may be incurred by you the Member Trader. This contribution is NOT a fee. It will be refunded to you at anytime should you desire to relinquish your Member Trader status.

There are other companies that offer "learn to day trade" programs and provide trading capital without any security deposit or 1st loss capital commitment. However, what they are failing to explain to the new trader is that they are charging astronomical fees for education in exchange for an extremely small capital account to trade that has downside loss limits set far too tight. This approach makes it virtually impossible for the New Trader to make any money. Once the downside limit is breached the new trader is shut down from trading and the end result is the service provider profited from selling a very pricey and very short lived program.

6. What is Paramount's commission structure?
Paramount is not a broker dealer and does not participate in any commission driven revenue of any kind. As a Member Trader, you will benefit from the very competitive commission pricing we worked so hard to attain from the Brokerage firms that provide our order execution.

7. If accepted as a Member Trader, is Paramount actually hiring me as an employee?
No. You are not being hired as an employee or subcontractor. Once you complete our training program or if you are an experienced trader with a history of profitability, you will become a Member Trader within our partnership. Your income or losses will be reported as a Partner and you will be issued a form K-1 at the end of each fiscal year. Your earnings will be the percentage of actual profits or losses you generate as a Member Trader and not as compensation from Paramount.

8. When can I withdraw trading profits?
Trading profits can be dispersed within 5 days of your request anytime throughout the trading month.

9. Is there an additional fee for retaking the Paramount EQ training program?
NO. Our goal is to provide you with the ability to become successful as a trader. Our Paramount EQ program and our moderators are here for YOU the Member Trader. We encourage all of our trainees to take full advantage of our educational programs and retake them anytime in the future at no cost, should you feel the need to refresh your skills.
